Before you agree to a consultation, request and review the session format, duration, total fee, payment arrangements, and cancellation terms in writing. Fees
Fees are quoted individually for the proposed service. Do not send payment until you have received and accepted a clear written quote. No additional service or charge should be added without your agreement.
Cancellation, rescheduling, and refunds

If we cancel and cannot agree a replacement appointment, payment for the undelivered session will be refunded. Nothing in these terms limits applicable statutory consumer rights.
